Senior Full-Stack Developer at Datatonic

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join a rapidly growing team building industry-leading, future-proof data, analytics, and AI solutions for our customers. You will join an existing team of data engineers, ML engineers, and DevOps engineers, and will collaborate with them to build state-of-the-art applications on Google Cloud.

Your core goals are:

• Build embedded analytics solutions for our clients
• Build visual demos & custom visualisations to showcase our data and AI capabilities
• Build data applications and ‘experiences’ using the Looker extension framework
• Design and build APIs for data-centric applications
• Build integrations with databases
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on front-end and back-end skills
• Build UI/UX wireframes or take client’s design wireframes and translate them into technical requirements including estimates for deliverables

Requirements

• Javascript, Typescript, React, Redux
• Expertise in at least one of Python, Go, Nodejs
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• API and microservice based development
• Devops best practices
• Agile ways of working

Bonus points:

• Experience on Google Cloud
• Experience building data and AI-centric products
• Experience with the Looker Extension Framework
• Experience with D3js or similar visualisation libraries
• Experience with AG Grid or React Tables
