We’re looking for an Agile Project Manager (Nliven) to join our team who will be responsible for helping us deliver high quality ticketing software. This is a hands-on role that ensures the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive our key business strategies. The Agile Project Manager (Nliven) collaborates with and guides the development team through all phases of the process. This position will also build an in-depth understanding of the Nliven product in order to ultimately help shape the product to meet our customer’s needs. This position reports directly to the CTO.
This position is full-time and fully remote.
- Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of processes that improve the short- & long-term velocity of the product & engineering teams.
- Facilitate ceremonies and other agile techniques as required to help ensure the team is fully functional, cooperating, and productive.
- Capture key metrics about our processes and performance so that we can make educated decisions about which strategic initiatives and KPIs to pursue.
- Track and communicate how engineering time is being spent: planned (roadmap) vs unplanned (bugs, support escalation, etc.), tech debt, operations.
- Track and communicate which customers and product themes are receiving engineering resources to ensure they align with company goals.
- Track and report on engineer & team velocity, helping us to understand our scaling ability and to plan our long-term product roadmap.
- Track and report on the status of major initiatives to management and key stakeholders regularly, escalating major issues as necessary.
- Shield team from external interference and removes obstacles.
- Coordinate the blending of work streams from clients (services/onboarding/support), driven by the business strategy and technical team into a coherent backlog/process.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the Nliven product in order to meet our customer’s needs and their business objectives.
- Manage specific internal or external facing projects, third parties or consultants, on an as-needed basis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Five or more years of proven project management experience.
- PMP preferred.
- Proficiency in Jira preferred.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile project management principles.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Desire to grow over time into a product management role preferred.

- Base annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.Â
