Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate Fulltime opportunity for a Bench Sales Recruiter for a remote position.

Bench Sales Recruiter will be involved in selling the bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
Required Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have minimum 5+ yrs of US Staffing exp and extensive Bench sales experience
- Working extensively on marketing bench consultants.
- A qualified candidate must have proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry.
- Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
- Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources
- Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice, Monster, Linkedin etc)
- Should have strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have closely worked on deadlines and targets.
- Identify client requirements for existing IT resources as they become available.
- Should be willing to work using time tracking software, which tracks all your activity during the working hours.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.
- Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients. Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.
