Campus Growth Program (College Student Ambassador) - Fall 2024 at Leland

We’re looking for high-potential college students to join our selective network and represent Leland on their campus!

Deadline: Wednesday, August 21

Responsibilities

• Ideate and implement growth strategies to build Leland’s presence on your campus

• Grow Leland’s community and engage with our network of highly-talented individuals

• Build relationships with key stakeholders on your college campus (e.g., professors, department heads, club presidents, etc.)

• Share Leland’s content to help other students accomplish their career and educational goals (e.g., articles, resources/guides, social media posts)

• Contribute to Leland’s culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

• Assist in recruiting the future Leland ambassadors on your campus

Qualifications

• You’re a high-potential student with a strong professional and academic background

• You want to network and collaborate with other accomplished students

• You are interested in entrepreneurship, product management, investment banking, consulting, private equity/venture capital, med school, dental school, law school, or other high-potential career paths

• You love throwing events or other initiatives to generate hype

• You have a strong work ethic and a bias towards action

• You are able to commit ~10 hours a month towards this role

• You are interested in engaging in the program until December 2024
