Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer with WordPress and Elementor experience and understanding of SEO principles to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating, customizing, and maintaining our company websites and landing pages. Your primary focus will be on front-end development, ensuring that websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and search engines.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize responsive and visually appealing websites using WordPress and Elementor page builder as the primary CMS platform.
Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of visual designs into WordPress themes.
Optimize website performance, including page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and optimize existing content for improved visibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, responsiveness, and SEO.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure project goals are met within established timelines.
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta tag optimization, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, WordPress updates, and SEO practices to continuously improve website performance and rankings.

Qualifications

Proven experience of at least 2 years as a WordPress Developer with a strong emphasis on WordPress development and customization.
Understanding of PSP software development methodology and its various features and functionalities?
Experience working with popular WordPress themes and plugins, as well as custom theme development.
In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile optimization techniques.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to website development, responsiveness, load speed, and SEO.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
