Role
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Creating strategies with senior management and develop policies that will correlate with the organization goal.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Implementing effective processes and standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work in collaboration with subordinate and senior management levels involving negotiations and influencing on significant matters
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for management of critical and complex changes wherever applicable
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Initiate and drive continuous service improvement plans
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identification and communication of potential risks and dependencies in timely manner to stake holders
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for Performance management, Career development and retention of the team members
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Should have an innovative and transformational mindset to identify opportunities to optimize processes
Qualifications and Experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Graduate with minimum 8 years of Experience as operation head in Technical Support process.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Should have good knowledge in MS office

Work Location/Shift Timings-Permanent work from home and you will be required to work in US Shift Timings
