Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving Ladders' growth through strategic partnerships and alliance development. This leadership position requires a unique blend of business development acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue-Generating Partnership Development and Management
- Lead the strategy and execution of revenue-generating partnerships across multiple product lines and channels-
- Develop and manage relationships with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) providers to integrate Ladders' job
postings and resume search capabilities, creating seamless experiences for employers and candidates
- Establish and grow partnerships with job boards and career information sites to expand Ladders' professional
services offerings, including resume-writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and cover letter services
- Create and implement partnership pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and Ladders' value
proposition
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners while nurturing existing relationships to maximize
revenue potential
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with Ladders' overall business objectives
- Create and execute detailed implementation plans for each partnership, including technical integration
roadmaps, marketing initiatives, and revenue sharing models
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and optimize programs to achieve revenue targets- Collaborate with
internal teams including product, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful partnership launches and
ongoing operations
Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO to define partnership priorities and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are met and partnerships are properly supported
- Build and manage a partnerships team as the business grows
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy and growth initiatives

Location
This is a remote position based in the United States. Some travel may be required for partner meetings and company gatherings.
