Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Product Listing Creation & Management
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality images and sales copy that maximize conversion rates.
- Optimize product descriptions with relevant keywords to enhance search visibility and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and forecast demand.
- Address logistics and fulfillment issues promptly.
- Track inventory metrics to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CVR, and ACOS to drive data-informed decisions.
Promotions
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and deals to boost visibility and attract new customers.
- Collaborate on strategies to drive external traffic from platforms like Instagram and TikTok to Amazon listings.
Customer Engagement
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to maintain a strong brand reputation.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure exceptional experiences.
- Implement strategies to address product defects and improve customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Amazon PPC manager to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align Amazon initiatives with overall business goals.
- Support the launch of new products and expansion into new categories or markets on Amazon.
Amazon Compliance
- Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and marketplace trends to ensure compliance and adaptability.
Requirements
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities with experience in performance analysis.
