Principal Change Advisor - Direct Employee or Contractor Opportunity at Prosci
Job Description
The Principal Change Advisor provides Prosci's clients with support and guidance for medium to large scale projects with varying degrees of complexity and risk. You will lead a team of change analysts and advisors in creating a client experience that leads to change success and builds change capability within the organization for future success. This position will provide you the opportunity to coach executives and assist them in their change journey. Â
Â
Lead medium to large change projects (70 - 80%)Â Â
- Develop client’s competences and ability to embed Change Management capabilities for change success Â
- Create change capability through coaching and enabling change practitioners Â
- Maintain alignment with client’s specific needs to accelerate results on medium to large scale projects, complex changes and high-risk initiatives Â
- Apply Prosci products, tools, and research and leverage previous change management experience to successfully deliver change for the client Â
- Creates Client DeliverablesÂ
- Direct work of the team (Change Advisors and Change Analysts and Senior Change Advisors) Â
- Facilitate and influence Sponsor discussions, decision making and execution with a C-Suite audience on large complex projects Â
- Provide continuous and successful change management application Â
- Make sure the appropriate reporting is completed in order to enable Prosci Europe to follow up on the profitability of the clients. Â

Driving strategic work (20%)Â Â
- Facilitate strategy workshops with client (e.g., CMO) Â
- Design, implement and evolve a framework and process for long-term client support and engagementÂ
- Identify, explore, and recommend holistic opportunities to expand and deepen the client relationship, embeddingÂ
- Change Management Capabilities without creating a client dependency upon Prosci Â
Â
Internal Project Support (10%)Â
- Serve as the Project Manager and/or Change Manager for internal projectsÂ
- Create deliverables for internal projectsÂ
- Administer and analyze surveys for internal projectsÂ
- Facilitate internal meetingsÂ

Requirements
We are looking for an individual based in France with the following skills and experience:Â

Technical/Functional SkillsÂ
- Demonstrated expertise in the application of the Prosci Change Management products, tools, research, and methods at the enterprise level Â
- Strong facilitation skillsÂ
- Project team leadership and coaching experienceÂ
- Proficiency in key elements of Microsoft 365 Â
- Exhibits Emotional IntelligenceÂ

QualificationsÂ
- Masters level qualification or equivalent business experienceÂ
- 5+ years of consulting/professional services experienceÂ
- 5 five or more years of change management experienceÂ
- Professional maturity to include proven executive-level career experience,Â
- Prosci Change Management Methodology certification, ECM required.Â

Vos MissionsÂ
Gestion de projets de changement ou de transformation (70-80 %):Â
- Piloter des projets de changement de moyenne Ă grande envergure.Â
- DĂ©velopper les compĂ©tences des clients pour intĂ©grer la gestion du changement dans leurs pratiques.Â
- Former et coacher des change managers afin de dĂ©velopper leurs compĂ©tences.Â
- Aligner les solutions proposĂ©es avec les besoins spĂ©cifiques des clients afin d’accĂ©lĂ©rer les rĂ©sultats attendus sur des projets complexes et Ă haut risque.Â
- Appliquer les outils, mĂ©thodes et recherches Prosci en gestion du changement pour garantir la rĂ©ussite des projets.Â
- Produire des livrables pour les clients et superviser le travail des Ă©quipes (Change Analysts et consultants).Â
- Influencer les discussions et les dĂ©cisions des sponsors et leaders, notamment des Ă©quipes dirigeantes, dans le cadre de projets complexes.Â
- Assurer un suivi continu et performant du dĂ©ploiement des stratĂ©gies et plans de gestion du changementÂ
- Veiller Ă ce que les reportings projets nĂ©cessaires soient rĂ©alisĂ©s pour permettre Ă Prosci Europe de suivre la rentabilitĂ© des clients sur lesquels vous intervenez.Â
Piloter des activitĂ©s stratĂ©giques (20 %):Â
- Animer des ateliers stratĂ©giques avec les clients (par ex. : mise en place de CMO – Change Management office).Â
- Concevoir, mettre en Ĺ“uvre et faire Ă©voluer le cadre et les process afin de pĂ©renniser la relation client.Â
- Identifier, explorer et recommander des opportunitĂ©s pour pĂ©renniser la relation client, en renforçant les capacitĂ©s de gestion du changement du client sans crĂ©er de dĂ©pendance envers Prosci.Â
Soutien aux projets internes (10 %):Â
- Accompagner les projets et transformations internes de Prosci en tant que chef de projet ou responsable du changement.Â
