Role Overview
As a Client Manager at 360dialog, you will be the primary point of contact for LATAM clients after the sales team closes a deal. Your role will be to build strong relationships, ensure smooth onboarding, and act as the voice of the client within the company. You’ll be responsible for setting expectations, troubleshooting issues, and proactively guiding clients to success. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Advocacy
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and set clear expectations.
- Act as the client’s voice within 360dialog to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Maintain transparent communication on timelines, changes, and challenges.
Onboarding & Education
- Become an expert in performance messaging.
- Guide clients through onboarding, minimizing delays and ensuring readiness.
- Educate clients on performance messaging and best practices.
Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Communicate client goals internally and track progress
- Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot issues working closely with our internal teams to drive timely resolutions.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience including experience of working with Meta advertising products.
Desired Skills/Experience (optional):
- Spanish as an additional language a plus
- Start up experience
- Experience working with or for agencies
