Procurement and Pricing Admin at Outsource Access
Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement & Pricing Admin VA to streamline operations by managing procurement workflows, conducting pricing analysis, and optimizing inventory and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly proficient in Excel, capable of identifying trends, generating reports, and improving efficiency through data-driven insights. This role also involves administrative coordination, task delegation, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution of key action items across departments.
1. Procurement & Pricing Analysis
- Analyze pricing trends and develop cost-saving procurement strategies.
- Assist in vendor selection, negotiations, and purchase order management.
- Maintain updated reports on costs, margins, and price fluctuations.
- Develop and submit pricing proposals for delivery companies to optimize store delivery efficiency.
2. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and profit margins.
- Perform data analysis using Excel functions (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, IF statements, Pivot Tables).
- Review and update delivery schedules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Track and optimize delivery routes using historical data analysis.
3. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements for order fulfillment processes.
- Conduct stock movement analysis to enhance demand forecasting.
4. Administrative & Task Management
- Manage email and calendar scheduling for procurement and operations-related meetings.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure clear delegation of tasks across David’s team.
- Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines across departments.
- Maintain an organized task management system to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, IF statements, Pivot Tables).
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and pricing analysis.
- Ability to analyze and interpret warehouse and delivery operations data.
