4. Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and onboard 3 charismatic, high-profile athletes within the first 90 days who:
    • Are passionate about our products.
    • Are camera-friendly and engaging.
  • Research our customer base to find athletes who truly connect with our brand values.
  • Build and nurture 10+ partnership opportunities with:

5. Paid & Organic Social Performance Tracking

  • Monitor social media KPIs (conversions, ROAS, engagement etc.) and create monthly performance reports for paid and organic media.
  • Document key creative learnings from all creative tests, analyzing what made each ad perform or not.
  • Identify trends from comment sections to improve ad copy, creatives, and messaging.

  • A strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable impact in all aspects of the role.
