At Eni, we are looking for a Production Superintendent to join Eni Mexico. You will be responsible for managing the Production aspect related to the FPSO O&M Contract, ensuring the maximum efficiency and availability of all production process equipment, while respecting all HSE requirements and local legislation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring safety operations and environmental care.
  • Monitoring and controlling production parameters in relation to all the processes of oil and gas production.
  • Coordinating between FPSO team and Platform/ORF Team during production operations and daily activities.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Production Reports.
  • Supervising chemicals stocks and injections, and monitoring the effectiveness of the process with the support of the Chemicals Contractor Specialist and Eni chemical production engineer.
  • Providing operator input/feedback into maintenance programs and production planning activities.
  • Being a member of the ERP team.

Skills and experience required:

  • Technical High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, specifically in production plant field operations.
  • Knowledge of plant commissioning, start-up procedures, and oil & gas plant processes.
  • Proficiency in maintenance troubleshooting techniques.
  • Understanding of HSE procedures and standards.
  • Compliance with local, national, and international standards and codes.
  • Strong management skills.
  • BOSIET certification.
  • Intermediate level of English.
