Product Manager for Thermal Printing App at Mate Technologies

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our product analysis, and growth strategies. This role focuses on user engagement, retention, referral, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate must be data-driven, user-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is a 3 months freelance contract position

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Google Analytics and Mixpanel for deep insights and performance tracking.

- Use analytics and data to guide product enhancements and strategic decisions.

- Work closely with Android & iOS developers, UX/UI designers, and tester to deliver high-quality product.

- Continuously improve activation, retention, referral, and revenue metrics.

- Create targeted user segments based on various parameters for personalized engagement.

- Develop effective messaging and notification strategies to enhance user engagement.

- Define, refine, and evolve user personas based on data and feedback.

- Experiment with product features, messaging, and pricing to determine what works best.

- Ensure the team stays aligned with the company’s vision and strategic goals.

- Monitor user feedback, respond to queries, and address concerns promptly on app stores and other channels.

- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.

- Identify and penetrate new markets to drive growth and adoption.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in product management.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with the AARRR framework and data-driven methodologies.

- Experience in audience segmentation and market expansion.

- Familiar with mobile monetization strategies, including in-app subscriptions and ad mediation platforms like AppLovin, appodeal.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to respond to user feedback effectively.
