We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge. This isn’t a campaign-only role or a surface-level funnel job. You’ll build Mixmax’s growth engine from the ground up, working across product, marketing, and sales to identify, unlock, and scale new growth opportunities. You’ll own experiments, loops, onboarding, monetization, and everything in between.
You’re not looking for a playbook — you want to write it. You’re analytical, creative, and action-oriented. You drive outcomes through insight, iteration, and velocity. In Your First 3 Months

Audit the full user journey — from acquisition to retention — and identify quick wins

Launch your first growth experiments, using Mixmax itself to test viral loops and invites

Collaborate with Product and Engineering on user-facing growth levers (e.g. onboarding, free tools, trials)

Partner with Sales and CS to align lifecycle strategies across self-serve and enterprise funnels

Set up clear KPIs and reporting frameworks for growth performance
In Your First 6 Months

Launch multiple high-impact, data-informed experiments that drive acquisition, activation, or retention

Define and operationalize our product-led growth strategy across funnel stages

Help turn free trials into paid self-serve accounts and Product Qualified Accounts (PQAs)

Create re-engagement and churn-prevention campaigns using product usage signals

Drive adoption of new features and build out scalable growth playbooks for future hires
💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Own and execute Mixmax’s end-to-end product-led growth strategy

Drive acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention through experimentation and iteration

Build viral loops, referral flows, and onboarding pathways that increase customer value

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CS to design in-product experiences that support growth

Launch growth-focused tools and campaigns that resonate with SMB users

Analyze usage and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
-
Write crisp, high-converting copy for emails, onboarding, and product touchpoints

Establish dashboards and reporting to track performance and inform decisions
🧠 What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally in a product-led environment

Proven success driving user growth through structured experimentation and product loops

Strong command of funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and A/B testing

Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to drive conversion through clear, compelling language

A builder’s mindset — proactive, scrappy, and comfortable with ambiguity

Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
