What youâll be working on as our SDR (North America)
Weâre looking for a Sales Development Representative to help expand our business in the American Market.
This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the Americas working within EST.
In your first year at Filestage, you will:

đ Spot the right people â Youâll dig into accounts to find the perfect contacts that fit our ideal customer profile (ICP) and bring the highest potential value.

đ Pick up the phone â Cold calling is your superpower. With around 100 calls a day, youâll be actively creating new opportunities and opening doors.

đ Go multi-channel â You wonât just stick to the phone. Youâll also use smart email sequences and social selling to connect with prospects in meaningful ways.

đĄ Spark interest â Through great conversations, youâll uncover pain points and show prospects how we can helpâsetting up high-quality demo meetings for the sales team.

đ Keep the flow smooth â Youâll ensure seamless handovers to AEs by clearly documenting your outreach and helping to keep the pipeline healthy and predictable.

đ§Ş Experiment & improve â Youâll constantly test and tweak your outreach scripts and sequences to find what works bestâand then double down.

đ Share what you learn â Youâll pass on insights to the Head of Sales, helping to refine our sales process and boost conversion rates across the board.

đŻ Own your results â Youâll track your own KPIs, spot trends early (good or bad), and keep your manager in the loop so we can always stay one step ahead.

Youâll already have around 3 years of experience working in Outbound Sales within the B2B/SaaS space. Now youâre looking for a new and exciting challenge that has a huge (and positive) impact on the way people work.
