UI/UX Designer at cFocus Software Incorporated

cFocus Software seeks a UX/UI Designer to join our program supporting the Department of Transportation (DOT). This position is remote in Washington, DC. This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design of Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of IT Graphic Design experience
• 3+ years of experience gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components in an IT field

Duties:

• Specializes in crafting and executing UI/UX strategies to enhance online customer experiences.
• Analyzes feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement, developing comprehensive plans to optimize every touchpoint of the online journey.
• Conducts workshops with stakeholders, creates requirement matrices, and provides visual representations of finalized requirements.
• Troubleshoots UI/UX problems, assists with User Acceptance Testing, and offers post-production support for seamless implementation and ongoing success.
