We are looking for System Analyst/Solution Architect based in Dubai to join our client's team.

• Project industry: Travel
• Location: on-site, Dubai
• Working hours: Dubai business hours (GMT+4)
• Start date: 19/05/2025
• Duration: 8 months

Requirements

We want you on board if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in working with in at least one of the following web frameworks or similar: Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, Golang, or Laravel.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or similar).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar - at least user and admin-level familiarity).
• Basic understanding of API integrations (REST APIs - ability to read API documentation, coordinate integrations, not necessarily code).
• Familiarity with business productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar).
• Experience managing SaaS platforms from a business operations point of view (e.g., setting up workflows, managing integrations between tools).
• Are ready to work from our client's office in Dubai (being based in UAE).

Nice-to-haves: 

• Familiarity with BPMN or process modeling tools.
• Understanding of basic data mapping and transformation concepts.
• Previous experience working with finance systems (e.g., Netsuite, Quickbooks, Zoho) would be a plus.
• Light project management skills (ability to manage timelines and priorities across internal and vendor teams).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (if applicable).
