As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Field Application Specialist to join our team in Colombia.

The Position

• The FAS is responsible for providing scientific, technical and sales support to customers for QuideOrtho products within an assigned geographic territory/region. Could be necessary support in another part of Country and Latin America.

• This support is primarily through crossover of new equipment: training, re training, adding new assays and troubleshooting, as well as supporting the sales process within their territory.

• The Field Application Specialist must have good knowledge about CC, IA and IH Quidelortho products.

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

The Individual

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedicine, Pharmacist or other BS degree equivalent.

• Excel and PPT intermedium level.

• Minimum 2 years related experience in a Clinical Laboratory or equivalent.

• English intermedium level.

• Typically, at least 70% domestic travel (within territory; and within region/area/country) to support business needs and 5% international travel.

• This position requires up to 75% travel which may include hotel stays and air travel.
