About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing Appointment Setter to help drive sales growth by connecting with warm and cold leads, qualifying interest, and booking high-quality appointments for our client’s business development team.
This is a role for someone with 5+ years of outbound experience, who’s confident on the phone, sharp in messaging, and obsessed with hitting conversion targets. You’ll be reaching out to business owners, decision-makers, and leads who’ve already shown some interest - your role is to bridge the gap and get them into the sales pipeline.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants to own the top of the funnel, consistently hit KPIs, and get massively rewarded for it.

- Job Title: Appointment Setter
- Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
- Type: Full-Time (AU or NZ business hours preferred)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary Range: On-Target Earnings AUD $3,000 - $4,000/month (approx. ₱100,000 - ₱135,000 PHP/month)
- Base: AUD $1,500 - $2,000/month (approx. ₱50,000 - ₱70,000 PHP/month)
- Commission: AUD $50-$150 (approx. ₱1700 - ₱5000) per qualified booked appointment + bonuses for conversions
- Employment Model: Long-term contractor (direct with client or via agency)
Requirements
Key Experience
- 5+ years as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or outbound sales specialist
- Proven success booking sales calls in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
- Confident using outbound tools (e.g., Go High Level, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo)
- Excellent phone manner, resilience, and ability to build rapport fast
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
Preferred Experience
- Background in high-ticket sales, agency, or recruitment industries
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GHL, Pipedrive, or similar CRMs
- Experience managing your own calendar or booking calls directly into calendars (e.g., Calendly, TidyCal)
- Comfortable working to daily/weekly targets
- Familiar with AU/NZ/APAC markets and time zones
