Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our web applications meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be actively involved in every stage of the development lifecycle, working closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver reliable and user-friendly software.

What you will be doing

  • Review and analyze product requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability
  • Design, develop, and maintain thorough test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Execute a wide range of testing activities to ensure the highest quality for our web portal, including:
    • Functional Testing
    • Usability Testing
    • Compatibility Testing
    • Integration Testing
    • Performance Testing
    • Regression Testing
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce issues reported by users or support teams
  • Document and track defects clearly and efficiently throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement
  • Assist with web content updates as needed

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of web application testing concepts and QA best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for product quality
  • Strong written skill in English

Your nice-to-have

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with QA tools such as JIRA, TeamCity, Git, or similar
  • Experience with or interest in test automation is a plus
  • Bonus: Ability to write automation scripts using shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, or programming languages like Java, C/C++, or C#
