Senior Accountant (Construction Sector) at Pavago

We are looking for a candidate with a strong to very strong background in full-cycle accounting within construction companies, encompassing payroll, accounts reconciliation, and comprehensive financial reporting. You will have over 5 years of professional experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, particularly in U.S.-based construction environments.

Your financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities must be excellent, allowing you to evaluate complex data and provide sound financial decisions. Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reporting is required to manage and interpret data effectively.

Experience with Sage Intacct is critical, as you will be responsible for overseeing its use and ensuring accurate financial data integration from multiple sources. Adaptability to new financial systems is a key trait.

Strong communication skills are necessary to clearly articulate financial issues and deadlines to your team and management, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring compliance with financial protocols. Attention to detail and reliability are essential qualities for precision in reporting and execution of tasks.

Since the role is remote, a reliable internet connection is also required to support uninterrupted workflow and participation in virtual meetings.
