Job Description

We’re looking to strengthen our Innovation Department with a Product Manager eager to lead and develop products/projects that create value and transform the user experience.

Products and projects currently in our ecosystem where you might contribute:
  • “Clínica”: Our revolutionary platform for managing the hundreds of thousands of clients who interact with us daily in search of better financial conditions. The platform hosts several ongoing projects where your contribution can make a difference. You’ll help continuously improve key features: document manager, messaging system, and much more — turning our “Doctor” into a “Super Doctor”;
  • Personal Area: A key product in the client journey and experience within the credit (and beyond) process. We use usability tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar/PostHog, A/B testing, and user testing — all relevant to UX-driven decisions;
  • Personal finance management apps and services: Creating apps/webapps that help customers make better financial decisions;
  • Partner Portal and other tools that complete our ecosystem of tech products.

What will your tasks be?
  • Lead the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement;
  • Plan sprints, write user stories (US), and follow up through to release, ensuring deliveries meet defined objectives and align with the roadmap;
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning the company’s strategic goals with user needs and technical requirements;
  • Manage stakeholders, communicating objectives, challenges, and success metrics;
  • Collaborate closely with development and product teams, as well as marketing and other departments, to ensure deliveries are aligned with product vision;
  • Identify and track KPIs to monitor product performance and impact;
  • Conduct market research, user research, and benchmarking to keep products competitive and innovative;
  • Ensure quality and continuous alignment of products with user and market needs.
