The job
To manage the end- to-end recruitment life cycle of job vacancies, across AVEVA Japan and Korea. Ensuring our key business objectives and timeframes are being met to a high standard, ideally while being a Talent Acquisition (TA) subject matter expert in partnering key business and People team stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Lead on the overall recruitment process, collaborate on job requisition details and in some cases creation, planning and implementation of recruitment strategies and to proactively attract, assess and secure top talent in our relevant markets
Creation of on-brand job adverts, ensuring appropriate information is included for advertisement, online postings and targeted job boards
Proactively source talented and diverse candidates through varied and creative methods, and understand impact of applied strategies
Coordinating key sourcing channels - implementing a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, programs and campaigns in order to fulfil business hiring needs
Creation of talent pools for long-term recruitment needs
Develop consultative partnerships with key internal/external Stakeholders, involved in the hiring process
Upskill the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices.
Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, and future hires for the business
Build and maintain strong partnerships with our Third-Party Agents, these include but are not limited to; Recruitment Agents, Job Search Board groups and Professional Networking groups
Responsible for data entry into the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and maintenance of recruitment records; emphasis on quality and high levels of accuracy ensuring compliance with processes and legislation
Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet business needs
Creation and delivery of fair offers to candidates, created through partnering with business Stakeholders and relevant People Team colleagues
Issuing of Job Offers (internal and external), Employment Contracts and New Starter Paperwork
Ensure positive applicant and Hiring Manager experience throughout the hiring process
Involvement in and leading of TA projects
Supporting the TA Lead with certain, suitable tasks that may add to the overall team growth and service delivery
Support of more junior members of the team to ensure they understand and follow our Processes and system usage fully
Responsible for overseeing the coordination of all ‘Early Career’ activities, including Graduates, Internships and Work Placements (if required)
Planning and management of the Graduate Career Fairs and Assessment Centres (if required)
Supporting and attending the Assessment Centre days to ensure a smooth experience for candidates. This will include doing passport scans, briefing candidates on exercises, directing them to rooms, networking and minute taking (if required)
Essential requirements
Strong experience in recruiting at professional and senior level, ideally from a corporate environment
Good working experience within Software or relevant technology disciplines
Highly effective administrative skills
Strong time management skills
Experience of formatting content for PowerPoint presentations
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent language capabilities in English and Japanese, with Korean language skills being a plus
Experience of working with different HR and ATS systems with the confidenc
Proven experience of building excellent relationships with key stakeholders, often involving senior business leaders, to ensure business requirements are absorbed, understood and delivered against
Proven experience of building long term relationships with past and future candidates
Meticulous and organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong ability to effectively network and identify candidates independently
Highly skilled in operating as a true recruiting partner, selling candidates on the company, brand and role
Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
Ability to manage demanding workload, internal stakeholders and competing priorities
Result-oriented
Ability and drive to support/mentor junior Talent Acquisition Specialists

Hybrid working
