Greenhouse is hiring for a Candidate Experience Specialist!

Our Candidate Experience Specialists play a meaningful role in helping our Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring leaders hire the best talent. You’ll interact with multiple TA Managers, hiring teams, and candidates, exercising full ownership over of interview calendars, ensuring data consistency in our various systems, and enabling a phenomenal interview experience. This is an exceptional role for you to learn the fundamentals of running a high-quality TA process.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Greenhouse’s TA Managers to own candidate scheduling and maintain timely pipeline throughput.
  • Manage and uphold an excellent candidate experience, acting as a resource for candidates in collaboration with our TA Managers.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve TA processes and systems.
  • Support projects that positively impact the greater TA team.


You should have

  • Experience in a coordination-heavy / client-services role
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written communication; ability to address various audiences
  • Experience using our coordination tech stack or similar tools (Greenhouse Recruiting, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom)
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Strong interest in a career in TA / HR

The national pay range for this role is $70,000- $80,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 13 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have unlimited paid time off (PTO).
