The Role

We are looking for a Platform/DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to development, operations and security of a large, multi-environment platform. You will be working with modern technologies and systems, such as FluxCD, Istio, Karpenter, Trivy, Elastic (ECK), TektonCD and many more.

As part of our engineering team, you will:

• Contribute to platform tooling and setup
• Assist with ensuring that platform and systems operate without issues
• Contribute towards system and platform observability and auditability
• Improve security posture by taking appropriate measures and upgrading components
• Be in close cooperation with wider engineering team
• Contribute to growth of the platform, keeping it simple and manageable

Your work will have a direct impact on production systems spanning a variety of products and B2B partners, resiliency, security and ability to detect and fix faults are crucial.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about modern Kubernetes stacks and excited to work on impactful projects. Ideally, you have: worked with modern Kubernetes technologies, managed and run Infrastructure as a Code, been working with production customer facing systems, can learn quickly and adapt to new tooling and technologies.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience with workloads exposed to the Internet
• Worked with infrastructure automation
• Have good understanding of software development practices and processes
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Security conscious mindset
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform, Docker, SQL and Non-SQL databases
• A problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with: Prometheus, Istio, FluxCD, TektonCD, Harbor, Sentry
• Familiarity with GoLang or Python
• Experience in a regulated industry and environment
