We are building a future where real estate is digitized and can be transitioned from one use to another seamlessly on-demand, moving every piece of urban real estate toward its highest and best use.
We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types.
As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and parking garages. We handle everything from advertising to collecting payments from drivers and enforcing against illegal parking. We already operate 300+ parking lots and parking garages across 38 US states and we are growing quickly.
We are backed by top tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Floodgate, Founders Fund, and angel investors who have founded or worked at companies like Uber, Opendoor, Flexport, and more.

THE ROLE 🚀
As our first Local Demand Gen Specialist, you’ll own executing and experimenting with strategies to increase demand at our parking facilities.
In addition to managing channels like local Google Ads, Craigslist, and SpotHero, you will explore new channels like email outreach to local businesses and direct mail. Your work will meaningfully grow business for AirGarage and our partners while helping drivers save time and money on parking.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a deep understanding of digital marketing. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment without a pre-defined set of directions and is excited about iterating quickly to unlock growth.
WHO YOU ARE 👇
• You have local demand generation experience. You’ve ran targeted, local marketing campaigns to small businesses.
• You’re data obsessed. You measure what matters, analyze campaign performance, and optimize relentlessly. You don’t just launch campaigns—you refine and scale them based on results.
• You’re a relentless experimenter. You have a bias for action, constantly testing new channels, messages, and tactics. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can move quickly to find what works.
• You’re a full-stack marketer. You can write compelling ad copy, optimize landing pages, analyze keyword trends, and build campaigns.
• You’re a strong communicator. Whether it’s writing ad copy, an email newsletter, or pitching real estate owners at a conference, you can craft a persuasive and effective message.
WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏗️
• Generate demand from local businesses that need parking to locations in our network of parking lots and garages.
• Own and manage local ad campaigns and listings targeting drivers looking for parking.
• Collaborate with the founders and leadership team to design and run experiments and ensure marketing efforts translate into business impact.
• Drive SEO strategy and execution, ensuring we rank for high-intent searches related to finding parking.
• Develop landing pages, email sequences, and paid social campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
WHAT YOU NEED 🎓
• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital advertising. Experience at a startup marketing to local businesses is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in running and optimizing email campaigns
• Expertise running local Google Ads (including keyword strategy, bid management, and landing page conversion).
• Experience with SEO strategy and execution, including content strategy, backlinking, and keyword research.
• A track record of experimentation, with the ability to measure results and iterate quickly.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills for ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of growth initiatives without a predefined playbook.
