Graphic Designer - Sports Marketing at America's Got Soccer

America's Got Soccer is a vibrant and expanding sports organization, hosting a wide range of leagues, programs, and events across Canada and the US. We’re seeking a Graphic Designer experienced with online ads, video-editing, and AI-tool utilization to support our Marketing Team!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Designer, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced in-house environment.
• Proven experience in conceptualizing and art directing digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), and other relevant software.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing various digital design work, demonstrating both conceptual thinking and strong design execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Bilingual English is mandatory; fluency in both written and spoken English is required, as you will be working with teams based in Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging graphics and animated content for social media channels.
• Use AI-driven tools (Visual Electric, MidJourney, RunwayML, ComfyUI, Kling, etc.) to generate visuals, explore creative directions, and accelerate production, always pushing brand design development to the next level.
• Ensure timely posting of all scheduled content.
• Keep the Social Media Kit up to date with the latest designs and aligned with marketing guidelines.
• Develop visually appealing graphics for events, promotions, and client branding.
• Produce motion graphics and Instagram Reels to enhance content engagement.
• Utilize 2D animation skills to create compelling visuals, with 3D animation as an added advantage.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive design approach across various platforms.
