Job Description
We're looking for a driven and hands-on sales talent ready to build something from the ground up. As one of our first sales hires, you'll be at the forefront of turning interest into impact β driving revenue, developing outreach strategies, and working directly with our CEO to scale our business. Key Responsibilities π―
- Be our full cycle sales engine: As one of the first sales employees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy
- Drive sales execution: You actively develop and expand sales channels, implementing robust go-to-market strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Lead outreach initiatives: You handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to effectively generate leads and close deals
- Collaborate with management: You work closely with our CEO, Matthias, and are the sparring partner on strategies to drive company growth

Requirements
Skills & experience you will need πͺ
- 2+ years of experience in sales execution as e.g. AE or SDR, revenue operations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working closely with sales teams to optimize performance
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems; best case HubSpot
- Fluent in both English and German
