Role Overview
We're seeking a versatile Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record in full-stack devepment and healthcare technology. The ideal candidate is comofrtable working across languages and frameworks, has strong cloud infrastructure knowledge, and can deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. We value engineers who create well crafted, maintainable code and develop thoroughly tested solutions for both web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Experience with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, TypeScript) and React.
- Experience with Ionic framework and mobile development.
- Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with Go.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services, specifically AWS - ECS Fargate, S3, Lambda, RDS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g., Nginx).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security best practices.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
