We are looking for a Senior FullStack Engineer to work on a project in the travel and mobility industry.

You’ll be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems and help bring them to life.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience working with CMS platforms, who can hit the ground running with PAYLOAD CMS and the related React front-end interfaces.


What you will do:

-Build and maintain RESTful APIs in Node.js using Express.js or equivalent frameworks.
-Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend interfaces using React.
-Design full-stack features that manage data flow and user interactions for systems such as search, booking, or partner integrations.
-Maintain high standards for code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and integration tests.
-Implement system monitoring, structured logging, and error handling across services.
-Contribute to secure coding practices, ensuring compliance with the client’s IT Security Policy.

What you will bring:

-5+ years of experience in software development.
-Strong ability to identify ownership of production issues, even when spread across multiple teams.
-Proven track record of helping teams deliver high-quality work within set timelines.
-Effective communicator across Product & Tech, stakeholders, and even external audiences like conferences.
-Promotes active listening and ensures clarity in communication, including attention to nonverbal cues.
-Encourages knowledge sharing and keeps documentation current across teams.
-Supports cross-team collaboration by helping remove blockers and ensuring contributions are acknowledged.
-Builds and maintains strong relationships both within the client and with their external stakeholders.
-Solid understanding of the middleware domain, and its role in linking front-end systems to backend services and third-party providers.
-Aligns technical contributions with the client’s overall tech strategy and business goals.
-Actively contributes to improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes within the team and across the wider engineering organization.

Nice to have:

-Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
-Comfortable participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
-Willingness to engage in peer code reviews and share knowledge with others.
-Ability to support the team in incident troubleshooting and post-mortem delivery.
