What you'll do

As a Human Resources Analyst you will be cornerstone for ensuring that our HR processes related to employee benefits, vacation management, and payroll support are executed flawlessly. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to streamline complex processes will ensure that our teams receive exceptional support while we uphold the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process, from document verification to system entry;
  • Handle vacation management: eligibility control, scheduling, verification, and coordination with managers;
  • Monitor electronic time tracking: resolve discrepancies and provide support to employees;
  • Support payroll processing by verifying data and ensuring accuracy of operational information;
  • Work closely with the HR Specialist on labor compliance routines and internal support;
  • Ensure employee records and documentation are up to date and organized in the system;
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in People Operations roles.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Deep knowledge of admission and termination practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contracts and legal documents.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with digital HR tools.
  • Prior experience in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with legal technology solutions and e-discovery tools.
