Job Description

Shape the future of digital freight. Make trade seamless, intuitive, and human.

Zencargo is looking for a Mid-level Product Designer to join one of our cross-functional product teams and help us bring to life our design vision:

Digital freight forwarding that is personal, seamless, intuitive, bridges global differences, and does the heavy lifting for you.

You’ll work end-to-end across the product lifecycle—leading research, crafting UI, prototyping ideas, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers. You’ll help shape product experiences, supported by an experienced designer and a culture that values quality, autonomy, and curiosity.

Portfolio required with application.
Please attach to the Cover Letter or have a link to your portfolio on your CV.

Our platform is a web application with features that enable customers to capture their products and suppliers; plan and book their shipping; track shipments to arrival; pay for shipping; and analyse their supply chain performance. We provide the platform, combined with our freight services, to major retailers across the globe, with a particular focus on the UK and EU. We have an exciting vision for the platform over the coming years so there will be opportunities to build market-leading and market-first features that satisfy and delight our users.

This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a growing design practice, contributing directly to a platform that simplifies global trade for businesses worldwide—all in service to help us realise our vision of a world with smarter trade, and our mission of making our customers’ supply chain their competitive advantage.

About the Role

As a Product Designer at Zencargo, you’ll:

  • Design thoughtful, intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows for supply chain and logistics teams
  • Own problems from discovery to delivery—shaping solutions through wireframes, UI design, and testing
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to build and iterate on valuable features
  • Use research and data to deeply understand user needs and validate your ideas
  • Contribute to and advocate for our design system and design principles
  • Balance hands-on design with active participation in critiques, workshops, and strategy discussions
  • Stay curious and proactive—especially when it comes to emerging tools and trends in AI
  • Help shape and evolve our growing design culture
