• 5+ years of backend development experience (Java / C#), with deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure and APIs.
• A passion for solving hard problems and pushing code that moves fast and stays solid.
• Team-first mindset with an eagerness to learn, teach, and level up.
• Bonus points for hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.) or financial platforms.
