Job description

As a key member of Vialto’s executive leadership team, this role is responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the organization. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and steer financial growth while ensuring alignment with Vialto’s overarching mission and global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision:
    Articulate and embody Vialto’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic priorities. Translate high-level objectives into actionable strategies to ensure sustainable growth and competitive positioning in the global mobility landscape.

  • Business Expansion & Market Strategy:
    Provide expert counsel on business expansion, market penetration, and diversification. Evaluate macroeconomic and regulatory trends to inform strategic entry into new geographies and service lines.

  • Executive Collaboration:
    Partner closely with regional CEOs and leadership cohorts to foster a cohesive and agile culture. Champion a high-performance environment anchored in innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Risk Governance & Compliance:
    Identify and mitigate enterprise-level risks impacting operational resilience, financial health, legal compliance, and reputational standing. Implement robust frameworks for risk assessment and crisis management.

  • Operational Optimization:
    Lead the optimization of departmental operations and service delivery models to ensure efficiency, scalability, and excellence. Continuously assess business processes and adopt best-in-class methodologies.

  • Performance Monitoring & Metrics:   Establish, monitor, and report on critical KPIs and financial indicators. Utilize data-driven insights to assess organizational performance and recommend corrective strategies where necessary.

  • Financial Stewardship:
    Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure rigorous financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation. Drive cost-efficiency initiatives while enabling revenue expansion and margin improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, regulatory bodies, and investors. Ensure stakeholder alignment with Vialto’s values and strategic aims.

  • Regulatory Expertise & Client Advisory:
    Remain at the forefront of immigration and global mobility legislation. Deliver authoritative guidance to clients and internal teams on complex legal and operational challenges, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.

  • Industry Representation:
    Act as a brand ambassador for Vialto in key industry forums, regulatory dialogues, and global conferences. Elevate the firm's profile through thought leadership and advocacy.

  • Change Management & Transformation:
    Lead transformational programs to adapt to technological, regulatory, and market shifts. Cultivate an agile mindset and innovation-driven culture throughout the organization.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.

  • 10+ years in senior leadership, preferably in professional services, consulting, or global mobility.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Strong financial acumen; comfortable with data-driven decision making.

  • Understanding of immigration, tax, or regulatory frameworks is a plus.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

  • Experience in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.

  • Strong digital and problem-solving skills

  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
