Junior Procurement Analyst at RootstockLabs

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Analyst based in Argentina to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in procurement, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the execution and continuous improvement of procurement strategies, and in managing sourcing processes across various spend categories (IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Corporate Services, etc.). Working closely with our Procurement Lead and internal stakeholders, you’ll help drive efficiency, compliance, and value in our purchasing operations.

We are especially interested in graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a background in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of procurement strategies
• Conduct market research to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential vendors
• Help negotiate pricing and commercial terms for products and services
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures throughout the process
• Monitor and track purchase requests, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
• Provide guidance to internal teams on procurement processes and tools
• Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation using Excel and internal systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize procurement needs and timelines
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong drive to follow processes
• Knowledge in Excel and basic data tracking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable communicating and writing in English
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous internship or work experience in procurement, finance, or operations.
