Job Summary: Santex is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Community Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online community management, the ability to create engaging content, and skills to build and maintain positive relationships with our audience in both the U.S. and LATAM markets. This role is crucial to our positioning strategy, generation of qualified leads, and the overall performance of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Manage and monitor Santex’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring a consistent and brand-aligned presence.
- Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and encourages interaction and engagement.
- Community Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social platforms in a timely and professional manner. Track and engage in external conversations where our brand could be positioned.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations to optimize strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to develop integrated campaigns and strategies that drive brand positioning and lead generation.
- Crisis Management: Identify and effectively handle any communication issues or crises that arise on social media.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with social media and digital marketing trends and best practices, proposing new ideas and strategies.
- Event Coverage: Generate social media content related to events organized in Córdoba.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in the tech or B2B sector. (Mandatory)
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to improve content and engagement strategies.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. (Mandatory)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work across different time zones and manage activities in the U.S. and LATAM markets.
- Tools: Must have a high-quality personal smartphone for content creation (e.g., iPhone 14/15, Samsung A54, etc.). Note: Santex will not provide a phone; this will be your main work tool.
