About the Team
Finance and accounting at Clari forms the backbone of strategic decision-making by employing rigorous analysis, relevant reporting, and sound financial management. We support Clari’s profitable growth and empower every department to optimize their operations in service of running revenue for all B2B companies.

About the Role:
Clari’s Accountant will be responsible for tasks within global accounts payable and general ledger areas. In this role, you will accurately and timely record vendor invoices and bank transactions, review travel & expense reports and prepare respective reconciliations. The ideal candidate will always be looking for ways to improve the financial processes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This role requires a strong work ethic and the capacity to get things done with minimal support.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and manage relationship with vendors
  • Perform AP month-end processes, including balance sheet accounts reconciliation and managing AP aging
  • Review global travel & expense reports
  • Partner with internal and external accounting and procurement teams
  • Record bank transactions, including application of cash from customers
  • Assist with coordination and support of the annual audit process with the independent auditors
  • Assist in developing, establishing and maintaining accounting policies, best practices and procedures in a rapidly growing organization
  • Ad hoc accounting projects and requests, as needed

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of accounting experience at a multinational company, specifically in the AP area
  • Solid working knowledge of the accounts payable process
  • Ability to execute, follow up, and ensure attention to detail
  • Advanced with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Advanced with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred
  • Good knowledge of procurement tools like Coupa or Zip preferred
