What we are looking for…
We’re hiring a part-time Social Media Intern to support our growing content team. This role is perfect for someone who’s tapped into trends, loves social, and wants hands-on experience creating content that inspires travel. You’ll help bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and more.
What you’ll do...
- Draft social posts for Instagram, Threads, and TikTok and add them to our content calendar on Monday.com
- Monitor tagged content and mentions; flag and save standout UGC
- Research trends weekly and pull relevant examples from IG or TikTok to recreate
- Once trained, engage with our community: like and reply to comments, repost stories, and send canned DMs to inbound creators
- Support UGC shoots with moodboard creation and loose shot list suggestions
- Pull and share basic monthly performance stats (top posts, engagement, follower growth)
- Work directly with the Brand Manager to keep our content cohesive and on-brand
What you’ll bring…
- Experience with social media management or content creation
- A strong eye for trends, visuals, and storytelling
- Flawless grammar, quick communication, and a team-first attitude
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Reliable time management skills and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of trends, memes, and what’s popping off on the FYP
Bonus points if you have…
- Experience with Monday.com
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating Reels or TikToks (especially if you've gone viral 👀)
- Have managed a brand, club, or personal account with intention
- Love travel, aesthetics, and a good group trip
What you will bring...
- One-year college/work experience in media, advertising or marketing preferred
- Should be a college junior or senior pursuing a degree in marketing or communications
