What we are looking for…

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organization—someone who can manage timelines, streamline requests, and support campaign execution across email, social, and brand marketing. The ideal candidate is a team player with a knack for project management, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for quality.

This is a part-time 1099 contract position.Pay is $8 - $12 per hour, with weekly hours varying up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to: education, work experience, certifications, and location.

What you’ll do…

  • Manage inbound marketing requests from internal departments—gathering requirements, prioritizing needs, and generating briefs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing assets.
  • Coordinate across the brand, social, and email teams to support execution of campaigns and content calendars.
  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to help brief and QA newsletters and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Review and QA marketing materials across channels to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
  • Source, order, and manage inventory of marketing collateral (e.g., signage, printed materials, swag).
  • Assist in pulling basic reports, organizing data, and compiling performance metrics for campaign recaps.
  • Support general team operations—coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and organizing shared asset libraries.
  • Coordinate with local content creators—including tracking deliverables and communicating with local field operations teams

What you’ll bring…

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented approach and an eagerness to learn.
