Job Description
We are looking for an Event Operations Specialist (LATAM) to join our team in Brazil and take the lead in the planning, execution, and management of all Jitterbit events in the region. This role is responsible for the end-to-end production of both internal and external events — from strategic planning to flawless execution. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional, passionate about creating impactful experiences and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events aligned with our brand and business goals, including trade shows, roadshows, client visits, partner events, and internal activations.
- Own the full event production process: timeline definition, supplier negotiation, venue coordination, logistics, budget tracking, material production, and on-site support.
- Manage contracts, POs, invoices, and all necessary documentation with suppliers and legal teams.
- Coordinate the development and production of event swag, branded materials, and giveaways.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment before, during, and after each event.
- Monitor performance and KPIs of each initiative, bringing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning and production, preferably in a B2B or tech company.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with vendor negotiation, budgeting, and contract handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.
