About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. As a People Advisor, you’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle across our three key hubs in Western Europe (UK, France, and Germany)—excluding recruitment—with a clear focus on delivering a consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experience.

You will be a trusted partner to both employees and managers, ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in line with local employment laws. From onboarding through offboarding, your systematic approach and proactive mindset will help cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, thrives on variety, and has a strong grasp of compliance, payroll, benefits, and operational HR excellence.

What You’ll Do Here 

Employee Lifecycle & Experience

  • Drive end-to-end HR operations for employees in the UK, France, and Germany, covering onboarding, probation reviews, performance cycles, promotions, and exits.
  • Ensure seamless offboarding with legal compliance, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Advocate for a consistent, engaging employee experience across all touchpoints.

Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee inquiries within the region, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution.
  • Provide support on employee relations issues, including informal concerns, investigations, and documentation.
  • Foster a workplace culture that is respectful, inclusive, and aligned with company values.

Compliance & HR Administration

  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws, company policies, health & safety, and mandatory training requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records in the HRIS and documentation systems.
  • Support internal and external audits, as well as reporting obligations.

Payroll, Benefits & Tax

  • Partner with Finance and third-party vendors to manage timely and compliant payroll and benefits processing.
  • Ensure proper tax documentation, benefits enrollment, and statutory leave tracking across jurisdictions.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Keep HR systems and data accurate and up-to-date, ensuring reliable workforce insights.
  • Manage vendor relationships for benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee programs.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics and workforce analytics.

Collaboration & Projects

  • Work closely with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Comp & Benefits) on global and regional initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of new HR technologies, tools, and policies.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements with a focus on scalability and employee experience.

What You’ll Bring to Us

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist or People Advisor in a multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices in the UK and at least one of the following: France, Germany.
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Systematic, organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for getting things right.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-minded approach.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and working across borders and cultures.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using modern HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll tools,).
