We are looking to hire for our team! The Senior Sales Operations Manager – LATAM, will work closely with the Sr. Director, LATAM Digital Media Sales and should accelerate the best sales business practices, find market opportunities to drive corporate strategies and sales success across the organization.

The ideal person will have experience in successfully completing and optimizing sales processes and programs, across direct and indirect sales teams. Drive the health of the business through day-to-day management of operational activities, performance monitoring, pipeline reviews, process, incentives, analytics and insights. You will be managing a team of 2 Sales Operations Analysts, as part of the Global Channel Strategy & Operations team. We’re looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient and excels at toggling between critical thinking and detailed execution. Based in Brazil, you will report into the Director of Channel Sales Operations. We realize that new insights can come from anywhere, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

What you'll Do

  • Align with Sales leadership, providing insights and highlighting growth opportunities
  • Drive business reviews, the bi- weekly sales outlook process and cadences for the LATAM Business.
  • Oversee the Partner Target setting process as well as the internal quota setting process.
  • Partner closely with the Reporting and Automation team to reduce manual processes and have the correct data points in place to be able to drive insights and build long-term growth strategies to accelerate the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the GTM leads, Finance, Marketing as well as the other Sales Operations teams WW.
  • Act as a change agent, be a catalyst and advocate in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment within the Field Sales Organization
  • Development is at the heart of Adobe’s values and the team development should form a constant part of this role
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead diverse ad-hoc projects that require analytical and critical thinking as well as attention to detail

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of work experience in operations or related field
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and drive accountability & ownership at all levels, within teams other than own
  • Ability to mine, manipulate and present data to non-data people. Must have sophisticated Excel skills, Tableau knowledge will be good and experience with PowerBI preferable
  • Experience with CRM systems and tools (SFDC, MS Dynamics, Power BI)
  • When communicating, provide concise recommendations that include data, action steps, and insight to paint a clear picture and the ability to tackle complex operational problems
  • Must have high attention to detail, love delivering high-quality work, be passionate about our customers and should be a creative problem solver
  • Seeking a highly motivated individual capable of growing in a collaborative work setting

  • Ability to be successful working in a highly matrixed environment
