What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Community Associate to join the Customer Experience team at SentinelOne. In this role, you will support our online Community by collaborating with the Customer Experience team on various initiatives and projects, ensuring a positive user experience, ongoing maintenance, and more. 

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and a basic understanding of online Communities and their back-end setup. We are seeking a fast learner and a team player, with exceptional organization skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

  • Ensure that SentinelOne is portrayed in a positive, authentic way as an ethical provider of reliable, effective and scalable security solutions 
  • Collaborate with members of the Customer Experience team to ensure the overall success of our customers; and assist other members of the Customer Success organization
  • Gather new Community project requirements and provide them to our IT team for further review, scoping, etc. 
  • Assist in testing different use cases in our Community sandbox environment, and communicate with IT any potential feedback/changes that need implementation before production deployment
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Community, including announcement pages, events calendar, blog feeds, file shares, and more
  • Review Community analytics and reports to track usage and engagement, and generate monthly reports for leadership
  • Attend and support Community events and webinars that enhance the user experience
  • Monitor and collect feedback about the Community to identify areas for improvement
  • Act as a strong moderator (non-technical) by responding directly to customer questions, or sourcing the appropriate internal point of contact

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 3+ years of work experience at an enterprise software company
  • Knowledge of security technologies, architecture, and operations
  • Experience with Community platforms
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while being extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to swiftly adjust priorities based on business needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a strong sense of urgency and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. 
  • Enthusiastic, driven and confident: the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity

What will separate you from other candidates?

  • Experience in the IT or Cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Tableau
  • Experience with video editing software (Camtasia preferred)
  • Experience with web applications for interface design such as Figma
