People Partner at Jampp

As a People Business Partner at Jampp, you will be involved in several key people processes & initiatives, blending hands-on support with strategic projects across the full employee lifecycle. This role is for someone who wants not only to drive and execute people initiatives but also to deep dive into how we add value to the business while impacting Jamppers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the employee lifecycle—design and run onboarding, periodic check-ins, and offboarding to deliver a seamless experience.
• Be the point of contact for queries regarding policies, vacations, and other employee administrative requests.
• Partner with leaders to co-create people strategies that drive growth and nurture a healthy culture. Coach on leadership, team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and engagement; mediate sensitive situations when needed.
• Advise on performance management, development, and exit decisions - across all stages of the employee journey.
• Organize online and onsite events in the office, and ensure the teams have the necessary resources when working from there.
• Cultivate a culture of feedback, recognition, inclusion, and high performance company-wide.
• Guide policy compliance and labor relations, providing timely support to managers and employees.
• Drive continuous improvement within the People team, fostering innovation and operational efficiency while safeguarding HRIS data integrity.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• 2-3 years of experience in People teams.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Great communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
• Data Fluency: Comfort working with data engagement surveys, HRIS dashboards, KPIs, and translating insights into clear stories.
• Global working experience will be highly appreciated.
