We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Cold Caller to generate leads by reaching out to multifamily property owners and investors. This role offers a base salary plus attractive bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to multifamily property owners and investors.
Clearly and concisely present our services and value proposition.
Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information.
Schedule qualified appointments for our managing partners.
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
A basic understanding of real estate, particularly multifamily, is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and persevere.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary.
Lucrative bonus structure based on successfully scheduled appointments and/or closed deals.
