What you’ll be doing
As a Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial health and strategic decision-making within our fast-paced digital environment. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Develop and maintain robust financial models – Utilize ERP systems, Python, and Google Sheets to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Support special projects and ad-hoc requests – Requests may include extra-ordinary transactions, impairment tests, and transfer pricing framework development.
Actively monitor and optimize Accounts Receivable (DSO) and Accounts Payable (DPO) – Partner with relevant teams to improve the cash conversion cycle.
Conduct detailed analysis of fixed vs. variable costs – Identify key cost drivers and trends across departments and business units.
Identify, lead, and quantify cost-saving opportunities – Track realized benefits to enhance financial efficiency.
Support Procurement in implementing and enforcing spend policies – Handle activities such as purchase approval workflows, T&E, consulting, and software expenses.
Track and analyze personnel costs – Monitor salaries, bonuses, benefits, productivity, and span-of-control metrics.
Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Things change quickly here, so be ready to adapt, take initiative, and shape your role as we grow.
