We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Technology team, reporting to the Technology Director. This role is crucial in supporting Good Energy's new growth phase following its acquisition by Esyasoft in April 2025.
You'll play a central role in driving key projects and change initiatives across the business, with a direct impact on our accelerated growth and mission. This is a hands-on position where you'll manage a fast-paced, varied portfolio of projects ranging in size, complexity, and technological impact. Some projects will be technology-led, while others will involve senior stakeholders from all over the business, (including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Sales and Product)
A flexible approach is essential to effectively manage each project, ensuring consistency and maintaining key project disciplines.
Responsibilities:
  • Project delivery: Own and coordinate the delivery of key projects, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and prioritization of different workstreams.
  • Stakeholder management: Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners (where applicable) and keep internal stakeholders (including our executive team) updated on progress in governance forums.
  • Documentation & meetings: Maintain appropriate project documentation and chair required project meetings.
  • Team leadership: Lead and manage a small team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, supporting consistent project practices and contributing to high performance.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Liaise with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain momentum and alignment across teams.
  • Cultural advocacy: Advocate Good Energy's culture, role-modelling the mindset and behaviours that align with it.
  • Capability development: Contribute to the development of functional capabilities, systems, and skills expertise.
  • Customer focus: Keep the customer voice and journey at the forefront of all interactions.
