Compensation: Base salary of $3,000/month plus performance-based commission. Top performers can expect to earn $180,000/year or more, with no cap on commission. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

Scaling.com is on a mission to help entrepreneurs 10x or more in three years or less. As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the first real human connection between ambitious founders and our elite business coaching program. This is not traditional sales. It’s alignment, clarity, and fit.
You’ll conduct enrollment interviews with pre-qualified leads, understand their goals and challenges, and assess whether they meet the high bar for joining our program. You’ll represent Scaling.com’s philosophy with poise and precision, helping prospects make confident, informed decisions.
This is a fast-moving, high-impact role on a high-performing team. Every call counts, and you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct 1:1 enrollment interviews via Zoom with qualified prospects
• Assess alignment with our program philosophy and 10x criteria
• Share key resources, clarify expectations, and answer prospect questions
• Guide potential members through the decision process with clarity and care
• Document calls, track status, and manage your pipeline in our CRM
• Coordinate follow-ups, support agreement finalization, and assist onboarding
• Collaborate closely with the Enrollment and Leadership teams to refine messaging, systems, and performance

Requirements

• You have experience in enrollment, sales, or a client-facing advisory role
• You’re a strong communicator — clear, confident, and emotionally intelligent
• You’re curious, thoughtful, and energized by meaningful conversations
• You can quickly build rapport and guide others through high-stakes decisions
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tools
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and manage your time like a pro
• You live and work in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship
