Job Description

Objetivo del Puesto
Dise帽ar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de Customer Relationship Management (CRM) con foco en soluciones financieras ofrecidas por la empresa (cr茅ditos, remesas, garant铆as extendidas, seguros, etc.), maximizando la adquisici贸n, retenci贸n, lealtad y el valor del cliente dentro del ecosistema retail.

Responsabilidades 

  • Dise帽ar journeys multicanal para impulsar la adopci贸n, activaci贸n y uso recurrente de productos financieros.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar campa帽as personalizadas basadas en data (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, call center, etc.).
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, BI, tecnolog铆a y agencias para la implementaci贸n t茅cnica de campa帽as.
  • Gestionar y segmentar audiencias utilizando plataformas de Marketing Automation y CDP.
  • Medir, analizar y optimizar KPIs como tasa de conversi贸n, retenci贸n, CLTV, ROAS, ROI de campa帽as, etc.
  • Proponer e implementar pruebas A/B, estrategias de adquisici贸n, engagement y retenci贸n.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en el tratamiento de datos personales y comunicaciones financieras (ARCO, REPEP, REUS, OptOuts, Listas Negras etc).

Qualifications

Indispensables:

  • Estrategias de CRM aplicadas a productos financieros (tarjetas, pr茅stamos, seguros, etc.).
  • Conocimiento del customer lifecycle financiero (onboarding, desarrollo, engagement, prechurn, churn e inactivos).
  • Dominio de herramientas de automatizaci贸n y CRM (ej. Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, SAP Emarsys, etc.).
  • Habilidad anal铆tica y uso de herramientas de data (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel avanzado, SQL b谩sico deseable).
  • Experiencia trabajando con audiencias segmentadas y personalizaci贸n basada en comportamiento.

Deseables:

  • Conocimiento de regulaciones financieras (CNBV, Ley Fintech, privacidad de datos).
  • Experiencia previa en empresas de retail con soluciones financieras integradas.
  • Familiaridad con metodolog铆as 谩giles (Kanban, Scrum).
